This website is operated by Souvraine L.L.C-FZ (license number 2645490.01), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
Throughout these terms, "Souvraine," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Souvraine L.L.C-FZ. "You" refers to the visitor or customer using souvraine.com (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, browsing our collection, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Souvraine produces womenswear in natural fabrics. Each piece is cut and finished by hand in small batches.
We make every reasonable effort to display the colour, texture, and detail of our pieces accurately. However, fabric variation is natural, and the way colour appears may differ slightly depending on your screen.
Souvraine produces nothing speculatively. Each piece is cut to your order. Production time is approximately two weeks from the date your order is placed, before dispatch.
In rare cases — fabric availability, supplier delays, or exceptional production circumstances — this timeframe may extend. We will notify you in writing if your order will take longer than two weeks to produce.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely; Souvraine does not store full card details.
Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Prices may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
International customers may be charged in their local currency by their payment provider, with the exchange rate set by that provider. Souvraine has no control over currency conversion rates.
Worldwide shipping is complimentary. Delivery timeframes, carriers, and customs information are described on our Shipping & Returns page.
Risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon delivery. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees payable on delivery to the local customs authority — these are not collected by Souvraine and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Custom orders, altered pieces, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
All content on the Site — including the Souvraine name and logo, garment designs, photography, written copy, and visual identity — is owned by Souvraine L.L.C-FZ or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souvraine makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Site or our products, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Souvraine L.L.C-FZ, its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Meydan Free Zone regulations. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
