Souvraine produces every order on request. Each piece is cut once placed; please allow 2 weeks for production before dispatch.
Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Pieces are shipped via tracked courier with signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves the atelier.
Delivery timeframes from dispatch:
International customers may be liable for import duties and taxes payable on delivery to the local customs authority. These are not collected by Souvraine.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
To begin a return, please email orders@souvraine.com with your order number. We will arrange collection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the returned piece arriving at the atelier.
Custom orders, altered pieces, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Souvraine pieces are made in natural silk. Dry clean only unless otherwise specified. Store hanging, away from direct sunlight. Steam to refresh.
